My earbuds came out the box completely discharged. After charging them OVERNIGHT, the right bud was at 60%, the left was 30%, and the case was at 0%. Wtf, Jaybird??

I had similar problem with earbuds of another brand in the past and I was disappointed how I was treated. I recommend product and producer.

The phone is excellent, but after 2 years of use and well cared for, it became silent on the right side. Unfortunately the 1 year warranty has expired. The manufacturer should correct this problem as it is an expensive product. If you do a little research, you will discover that the problem I mentioned is recurrent with many users of this phone. Launch Jaybird vista 3 and fix this problem I'm disappointed...

Nothings working for me. All of the sudden one earbud stopped working, and then the other. They just stopped connecting and I’ve tried everything. It won’t show up as a device I can connect to anymore.

Factory reset doesnt work. Only the middle button blinks white. No buttons turn purple after double clicking. Will be returning.

I recently got the JayBird Vista 2 earbuds and have been very disappointed with my experience so far, and I feel like the fact that there is even a need for this video sort of proves my gut feeling to be right. Earbuds should not be this complicated. They're too complicated, and there are too many states that you have to switch from manually. Additionally, it is very disappointing that the charging isn't as smooth as it should be. There shouldn't be lag after four months of use. When the buds are in the case, and the case is connected to the wall socket for charging, the earbuds themselves should obviously charge before the case.

My left earbud gives very low volume i tried cleaning it but it doesnt help i tried the reset but it doesnt help i tried the hard reset but still no luck this isue began when i rinsed them with lukewarm water

Its amazing how Jaybird took the connection problems the Vista had and MADE THEM EVEN WORSE. that's commitment! I regret wasting my hard earned money on this earbuds. Should have bought the Galaxy buds pro.

Gutted I had vista and right bud just died, audio is so quiet unable to hear, then I bought vista 2 and the connectivity is so poor.

Oh. And I am having a Mont Blanc water bottle in sort of front of me. I filled it up again, so to say have allready recycled it almost, and put a orange & clementine extract wich also supplements what is a source of vitamin c, so to say, in it, what I bought at a pharmacy. It actually does not taste bad to me. So. The water that has been botteled, probably came from the Mont Blanc. :-)

This is a peace of trush don't get scamed like me it's never connected at all ot keeps doing that miopn time per day and after just few days the left earbd stopped working. It never work properly every time u want to skip a song and switch to another app u have to reconnect them again do anoyyyed ans the delima they won't return them as I purchased them for more than a month Be carful don't get scamed people
